Who I am

Science translated into performance.

A career built at the intersection of embryonic biology, hatchery engineering, people, and enterprise—grounded in evidence and tested in commercial reality.

“I transform scientific knowledge and field experience into practical systems that improve performance, develop people, and create lasting value.”

I am Dr Mohamed El‑Ashram, a poultry scientist, global hatchery-development leader, business strategist, consultant, and author. For more than three decades, my work has connected incubation science with the systems that determine real-world results: egg quality, embryo physiology, ventilation, cooling, hatch-window management, staff capability, operational discipline, and business decisions.

Since 2019, I have served as Global Director of Hatchery Development at EmTech Hatchery Systems Ltd, UK, supporting international hatchery development, installations, commissioning, performance improvement, technical training, and complex troubleshooting.

My academic background spans poultry science and physiology, international business administration, and sustainable business development. Today, I extend that foundation through scientific writing, responsible use of artificial intelligence, and MAIS—the Mohamed Ashram Intelligence System.
